Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ASP Works handles information in its invite-only hotel-operations platform. Customers remain responsible for determining what hotel and guest information they are authorized to provide or connect.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to ASP Works websites, invite-only accounts, trial workspaces, generated hotel systems, support interactions and supported integrations operated by ASP Works LLC.

2. Information we process

Account information: name, email, role, tenant, property assignment, authentication and access state.
Hotel workspace content: requests, answers, configurations, records, uploaded files, reports, feedback and other information an authorized user submits.
Connection information: provider, approved scopes, connection state, authorization metadata and encrypted tokens or credential references where a supported connection requires them.
Usage and reliability information: product events, audit records, feature usage, error references, security signals and performance data needed to operate and protect the service.
Communications: invitations, support messages, feedback and other communications sent to or from ASP Works.

3. How we use information

ASP Works processes information to provide and secure the platform; authenticate users; keep hotel tenants separated; understand requests; build, configure and operate requested workflows; inspect authorized files; support governed connections; provide support; detect misuse; maintain auditability; improve product quality; and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI-assisted processing

For features that use AI assistance, ASP Works may send the request and the approved context needed for that feature to a configured AI service provider. The platform is designed to use deterministic rules without an AI call when a known rule already resolves the request. AI assistance is used for interpretation or recommendations and does not receive direct authority to bypass ASP Works execution, credential, approval or tenant-isolation controls.

5. Third-party connections

If an authorized user connects an outside service, ASP Works processes only the information required for the selected workflow and approved scopes. Authorization tokens are handled through the platform's credential controls rather than displayed as normal workspace content. You may disconnect supported providers, subject to provider-specific behavior and retention.

6. When information may be shared

ASP Works may share information with service providers that help host, secure, communicate, analyze or operate the service; with a third-party service you explicitly authorize ASP Works to connect to; when required by law or valid legal process; to protect rights and security; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition or transfer of the business subject to appropriate protections. ASP Works does not sell hotel workspace data for third-party advertising.

7. Data retention

ASP Works retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes and support recovery. Retention may differ by data type. Revoked credentials and connection access are designed to be disabled or destroyed through the credential controls even when non-sensitive audit history is retained.

8. Security

ASP Works uses safeguards designed for an invite-only multi-tenant service, including tenant-scoped authorization, controlled invitations, audit logging, credential isolation, encrypted credential storage where supported, least-privilege connection patterns and governed execution boundaries. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies and local browser storage

ASP Works may use essential cookies or browser storage to maintain authentication, security, interface preferences and product state such as whether the Assistant panel is open. The invite-only application is not designed around third-party advertising cookies.

10. Customer and individual requests

Hotels and organizations using ASP Works may have their own obligations regarding guest, employee or business data. If you are an individual seeking access, correction or deletion of information a hotel placed in ASP Works, you should normally contact that hotel first because it controls the underlying business record. You may also contact ASP Works for privacy assistance.

11. Children

ASP Works is a business service for authorized hotel and organizational users and is not directed to children. Users should not intentionally submit children's personal information unless it is lawful, necessary for an authorized hotel purpose and appropriately protected.

12. Changes to this Policy

ASP Works may update this Policy as the product, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the current version.
